Material Delivery: The Client must deliver the advertising materials to our office or designated location by the agreed-upon date. Any delays in material delivery may result in delays to the distribution schedule.

Permissions: The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for the distribution of advertising materials in the designated areas.
4. Our Responsibilities

Distribution: We will distribute the leaflets and marketing materials to the agreed target areas, using appropriate methods as specified in the service agreement. Distribution will be done within the specified time frame, unless delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or logistical issues.

5. Pricing and Payment

Cancellation: If the Client cancels the service after a scheduled distribution has begun, the Client will be responsible for the full payment.
6. Restrictions

Respect for Public Property: Distributors must not damage, deface, or tamper with public or private property. Materials should only be distributed where permissible by local laws and property owners.

7. Liability and Indemnity
